Tracking Number Notifications

Every day at 6:00 PM (Malaysia time), the bot automatically scans your Google Sheet for orders with a Tracking No. filled in but not yet sent. It then WhatsApps the customer their tracking number. The Sent column is updated once delivered.

Unanswered Questions

When the AI can't answer a customer's question, it logs the question to the Questions tab in your Google Sheet. Fill in Column G (Answer) and the bot will automatically send the reply every 6 hours.
